I have removed the Secret Mountain cheat because it doesn't work.
Multiple Item Cheat
Place the Item you want a lot of in the 6th slot of your item list. Teach FLY to a pokemon, and SURF to a pokemon. FLY to Viridian City and talk to the old man who had his coffee. Answer no to his question, and after he says to weaken the target pokemon, FLY to Cinnabar Is. and SURF along the right coast half-on-land half-on-water. You should fight a level 0 ***'M*** or MissingNo. After you fight your item will have a messed up symbol in front of it. Deposit 99 of them in your PC and you should also have about 30 left over.
Any Pokemon You Want
Go to where you the pokemon you want is (Lavender Tower, Safari Zone, Unknown Dungeon, etc.). Fight a pokemon. Leave, then FLY to Cinnabar Island and SURF along the coast. Any pokemon you just encountered are there.
Masterball cheat
This cheat will work only with Pokeballs and Greatballs. Throw a Greatball at the pokemon, when it makes the noise hold down+B+A, after it closes let go of A. And Voila! Your Pokeball has a 100% Capture Rate.
YOSHI
To get Yoshi, do as follows:
1. Get both Red and Blue Version
2. Get a Game Link Cable
3. Beat the Elite Four
4. Catch all 150 Pokémons
5. In the Red Version, catch a Dratini
6. Trade it for any Pokémon on the Blue Version
7. Evolve the Dratini into a Dragonite
8. Trade it back to the Red Version
9. Get out a Fire Stone
10. Go to the Unknown Dungeon(Cerulean Cave)
11. Go back to where you battled/catch Mewtwo
12. SURF along the water beside it
13. Use the Fire Stone(This will work) on Dragonite
14. Dragonite will evolve into Yoshi
